2lbFrozen mixed vegetables (cook package & drain)
1 1/2cMayonnaise
1mdOnion (grated)
1tsPowdered mustard
1tsWorcestershire sauce
3 Hard boiled eggs; chopped
4tbSalad oil
1dsTobasco
  Salt & pepper to taste
1tsHorseradish (optional)
1 Pimentos (optional) (up to 2)

Cook the vegetables according to package but don't overcook. In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients, then fold in the hot vegetables. Can be frozen at this point or served immediately or refrigerated and served later by heating 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If frozen, let thaw, then heat about 30 minutes.
